the dream child of entrepreneur Felix Demin
A world first in the luxury segment
the sumptuous 2 suite villa is constructed from a Boeing 737.
The aircraft,
originally in service in Indonesia, was purchased in Bali and reallocated by Felix finally finding its perfect position perched atop the Nyang Nyang Cliffs in Uluwatu, some of Bali’s most spectacular coastline.
The project (like many) was derailed by the happenings of 2020.
The site and the 737 were secured until the world reopened and the project began in earnest. A team of Architects, Designers and Structural Engineers all lovers of a good challenge worked towards bringing Felixs’ opulent Private Jet Villa dreams to fruition.
December 2023
saw the official opening of Private Jet Villa which is now one of the world’s most recognisable and sought after luxury destinations. The jet has become an icon of Bali and indeed Indonesia.

by stairs straight into The Cabin dining & bar space with its cozy sofa where glass folding doors open directly onto the outdoor Wing Lounge. The elegant design elements seem to float you into the clouds, above the stunning coastline immersing you in sunrise & sunset taking your breath away.
Private Jet Villa
uses smart control systems all managed from the touch of an Ipad. The cockpit jacuzzi is surrounded by smart glass that changes from opaque to transparent. At the touch of a button the stunning vista opens up before you, it’s simply spectacular.
